Log into zoho books

Step: 2

On the dashboard, click on 'Settings'

Click on customer payment under section online payments

Click on 'Payment Gateways'
under section online payments

Click the 'Setup Now' button displayed
alongside the ccavenue payment gateway
to initiate the plugin installation.

Enter username(access code) and password (working key), then click 'save.' the plugin will be installed and appear to the merchant during invoice creation.

then click 'Save.' The plugin will be installed and appear to the merchant during invoice creation.
Login to your CCAvenue MARS account, navigate to settings > API Keys to get Access code and Working key.

Invoice Creation

The customer opens the invoice via
the link or from the customer portal

From the dashboard, navigate to the
left menu, select 'Sales' and click on 'Invoice'.

On the invoice section,
click on '+ New' to create a new invoice

Add invoice details, enter customer
name, place of supply, order number
and subject etc.

Add item details with the amount and
click on 'Save & Send'

Send an invoice via email to the customer
from the invoice dashboard module

From the invoice dashboard,
select the relevant invoice and share the
invoice link with the customer whenever required

Click on generate link & copy the link
to send customer (offline)

Payment Processing

The customer opens the invoice
via the link or from the customer portal

Click the 'Pay Now' button
on the invoice

Customer select payment mode and
clicks on 'Proceed to Payment'

The customer will redirect to the
CCAvenue payment page

The system will send an OTP to the entered mobile number to retrieve any existing saved information. Alternatively, the customer may choose to skip this step

Add card details like card number,
expiry, cvv and click on the
'Make Payment' button

What is CCAvenue Express Settlements?

Businesses normally receive payments only after 4-5 working days and this delay reduces day to day cash inflows affecting many daily business operations. CCAvenue Express settlements can help businesses realize their funds within a few hours from the time the transactions are confirmed, greatly helping to meet working capital requirements. Ready cash intake eases fund flow for everyday operations and for augmenting business.

What is the eligibility criteria for Express Settlements?

CCAvenue assesses a merchant's eligibility on factors such as transaction volumes, active transaction history of minimum 3 months along with a clear risk profile based on number of refunds, chargebacks etc.

What is the settlement schedule for Express Settlements?

You can opt for Express settlement on all bank working days. If you select this option, settlements for all confirmed transactions are scheduled in 5 batches during any bank working day. Merchants can have an option to select the frequency of settlement from below.

Are there any additional charges to avail Express Settlements?

Yes, there is an additional charge of 0.15% - 0.50% + VAT per day to avail Express Settlements.

How are the Express settlement charges deducted?

Express Settlement charges are deducted directly from the settlement amount.

How do I sign up for Express Settlements?

If you wish to sign up for Express Settlement, you can write to us on contact@ccavenue.ae If our risk model identifies you as an eligible merchant for Express Settlements, our team will reach out to you.

How long does it take to activate Express settlements for my account once
I sign up?

It normally takes 03-04 working day to activate Express Settlements for an account. You will receive an email from CCAvenue once Express Settlements is active for your account.

Is there an opt-out option for Express Settlements?

Yes, you can opt-out of Express Settlements and switch back to the regular settlement schedule. You will have to raise a request with CCAvenue on contact@ccavenue.ae for the same.

How do I find if a particular payment was settled early?

Confirmed transactions that are settled at T+0 or T+1 will be displayed in the Express Settlement Payout Summary identified by a special icon
