Documents for NGOs/ Charitable Trusts
1 Copy of PAN card  (Trust  & All Trustees) Duly attested as "True Copy" by authorized signatory with  Trust/Organization  Stamp.
2 Copy of Driving license or Aadhaar card or Passport or Voter id (All Trustees) Duly attested as "True Copy"  by authorized signatory with Trust Stamp.
3 Trust Address proof Copy of your Landline telephone bill OR electricity bill OR Bank Statement duly attested as “True Copy” by authorized signatory with Trust Stamp.
4 Trust Deed / Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) Duly attested as "True Copy" by authorized signatory with   Trust  Stamp.
5 A Cancelled  Cheque For the bank account into which you will be receiving payments
6 Signature and photograph verification letter on your  Trust/Organization letterhead As per format
7 The Sub-Merchant Agreement (Please Note that: we accept only PDF FORMAT of the Agreement.)

Note : Kindly ensure that the stamp paper is in your Company name, Sign and Stamp should be on the bottom right hand corner of each page, you should sign if you are entering into an agreement with us in your personal capacity and towards the end of the agreement in the column mentioned 'For and on behalf of the Sub Merchant' on 11th  page. Please do fill all the details in the Agreement. Kindly ensure that the relevant details in “clause g” for NEFT settlement and details in Annexure A are also filled out. (Please fill all the details manually)
Important: If you make any corrections on the agreement, you need to confirm the corrections with a signature.
Franked for the value of Rs 300/- OR separately attach Non-Judicial stamp paper for the value of Rs 300/- with the following content written on it.

"This Non-Judicial Stamp Paper forms an integral part of the Avenues India Pvt Ltd. Internet Gateway Merchant Legal Agreement executed by ______________________ (Trust / Organization name) on ____________(date)"

All documents are mandatory.

Note: a) The above mentioned documents are required to be signed by the signing authority who will be signing the Agreement, the signatory have to follow the PAN Card signature only on all documents

b) Kindly Note:- CCAvenue provides MasterCard Payment Option through Partner Bank. In this case you need to send a mail request to compliance@ccavenue.com and within 2-3 days you will get Pre-approval from our partner Bank for the Master card Activation and our Team will get back to you for further procedure and documentation required.

"Payout from our Nodal Bank will happen only after we receive complete set of documentation and the same is vetted by the Auditor"
