Kindly note that the above mentioned documents are required to be signed by the signing authority who will be signing the Agreement, the signatory have to follow the PAN Card signature only on all documents along with the company Stamp.

On receipt of the set-up fees, and the above mentioned relevant documents we will activate your CCAvenue account confirm the same by e-mail you with integration instructions which will enable you to integrate your web site with our payment service to commence real time, online, e-commerce business.

To expedite the activation process, please do make sure your website is completely live.
IN case your website is under the testing mode or you want to go live only after the payment gateway is active, please provide us the demo/test link with the following links updated:

2) Refund policies
3) Privacy Policy
4) Product Services categories & Pricing
5) About Us
6) Contact Us(Name, Address, Contact Details, etc.)

And also make sure that your website domain registrant details like registrant company name and address are matching with the details entered in CCAvenue signup form.

Please note: CCAvenue provides MasterCard Payment Option through it’s Partner Bank and activation of the same is subjected to an approval .
ICICI Net banking can be assigned on receipt of the approval from ICICI bank. This may take 3 to 5 days.

On receipt of the completed set of relevant documents and set-up fee payment (if applicable), CCAvenue will activate your account in as less as 24 hours

Also kindly note that this approval is valid only for the period of 14 days with in which time you are requested to pay the set-up fees (if applicable), and courier us the above mentioned documents.
